Poverty. Theoretically it's very simple: Pay people higher wages. From the 50s to the 80s almost everybody earned more and more. And could afford more and more. I think it should be like that again. But for the last decades the wages of top managers soared. The super-rich now have way more money than you can imagine with common sense. It doesn't make sense.
