In its essence, Brexit is an illusion. The elite, stretching from the monarchy to the House of Lords to Eton, is paralyzing England. England (Britain) needs reform and more transparency. Time and again, individual countries get into a reform gridlock. The continent of Europe should -- as a whole -- strengthen its democratic institutions, and all countries need to support each other in that endeavour.
