Lithuania restricts train traffic (steel and iron ore) to Kaliningrad, and the Kremlin is fuming. One could understand the Kremlin if the Ukraine war did not exist. Another escalation of the situation after Putin's "Six-Day-War" against Kyiv came to nothing.
